Objective of EP
Preparation of competitive, multilingual staff of a new generation, corresponding to modern requirements and demands of the market of geodetic complex, able to apply modern technologies, innovative methods in the field of geodesy and cartography.
The concept of education program
The educational program defines the content, purpose and criterion of learning outcomes, it is focused on production and technological, design and survey, organizational and management, research types of professional activity.
The preparation of competitive, multilingual staff of a new generation that meet modern requirements and demands of the geodetic complex market, who can apply modern technologies, innovative methods in the field of geodesy and cartography, and are called upon to implement state programs aimed at industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with sufficient social and personal , organizational-managerial, professional, special technical knowledge and able estvlyat responsibilities for industrial plants

Specialized topographic and geodetic enterprises, departments of architecture and town planning, departments for capital construction of industrial enterprises, construction organizations, the Department "Scientific and Production Center of the Land Cadastre" - branches of the state corporation "Government for Citizens", the Committees of the RK on Land Management resources, management and departments of land relations, private enterprises that have a license for the production of geodetic and land-use planning th jobs.

Work in the field of geodesy, cartography, remote sensing of the Earth, space geodesy, photogrammetry, geoinformation systems, creating digital models, engineering surveys and providing technical advice, conducting research and educational activities.
The object of professional activity
Area of relations arising in the process of scientific, technical and industrial activities in determining the shape, dimensions and external gravitational field of the Earth, the coordinates and heights of points on the earth's surface and their changes in time, conducted for the purpose of mapping and planning, studying, creating and using cartographic works , as well as to ensure the solution of various engineering problems on the earth's surface.

- creation of digital and electronic, multimedia cartographic works;
- creation of a digital terrain model in 2D and 3D formats;
- application of the latest technologies in the field of earth remote sensing.

- organization, planning and management of geodetic and cartographic works, in order to create and update maps and plans, geodetic networks;

- production of cartographic-geodetic and aerial photogrammetric works;
