Professional practice is one of the most important components of professional training in the programs "6B07321 - Energy efficient design of buildings and structures (EOP)" and "6B07320 - Architecture of residential and public buildings".
It is an effective mechanism for transferring acquired knowledge and skills from the field of theory to the field of everyday professional pedagogical activity. Being the central link in the system of training specialists, professional practice helps students to become more aware of the correctness of their professional choice, to check the assimilation of theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies, to determine professionally important qualities of the future specialty. Using the unique capabilities of the organization allows students to adapt their knowledge and skills to the conditions of specific industries already in the learning process.

EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE
The purpose of the practice "educational (measurement)" is to familiarize students with the process of measuring small architectural forms, interiors, monuments. The student gets acquainted with the design process directly in real conditions.
Also, the purpose of measurement practice is to deepen knowledge about the structure of various stages of design; increase the level of professional knowledge in production conditions; mastering the latest artistic design, technological techniques and working methods.
The student gets acquainted with the main components of the artistic language, gets practical knowledge of design technology, masters technical techniques, gets ideas about the patterns of form, materials and elements in artistic and meaningful conceptual aspects, both expressive means and architecture.
The tasks of the practice "educational (measurement)":
- to develop knowledge about the laws of perspective, the laws of tonal relations, lighting, the laws of the structure of forms of nature and the rules for the construction of three-dimensional forms in a composition;
- develop skills in working with artistic materials,
- gain skills to distinguish and compare shapes, materials and construction of elements;
- learn how to use lighting techniques efficiently and find the right compositional solution.

PRODUCTION PRACTICE
The purpose of the practice "Production" is an in-depth study and development of various production processes in the field of architectural design. The practice is intended for 2nd year students and involves introductory work in production or in the laboratories of the university.
The purpose of the "Production" practice in the distance format in the 2nd year of study is to study and master various production processes in the field of architectural design. The practice involves familiarization work with production under the guidance of teachers of the department.
The tasks of the practice, according to the profile of the enterprise's activity of passing it, may have the following content:
- work as an assistant in the design of interiors of residential buildings and individual elements; landscape objects for the execution of drawings or the manufacture of demonstration layouts;
- familiarization with the work of the architect on the design;
- study of the properties of structural elements of various types;
- obtaining initial skills in calculating structural components;
- use the skills acquired in the classroom to perform training exercises in design;
- apply knowledge about the main structural nodes in your work;
- to apply the method of forming structural units in practice.
- study of the history, the structural scheme of the enterprise, the range of products.
- familiarization with the production process and the organization of work of various departments of the enterprise, studying their work.
During the internship period, excursions to the enterprise, exhibitions, museums related to the study of a particular task can be organized and conducted for students; lectures are given, talks are held, practical seminars, meetings on certain production issues.

The conditions of industrial practice are as close as possible to the future professional activity of students. Interns most often perform the functions of understudies at a dedicated workplace. However, sometimes they can be enrolled in vacant positions and receive appropriate salaries.
The purpose of the "Production" practice in the 4th year is to replenish professional skills and abilities, based on an in-depth study of the work of an enterprise, institution and organization, as well as mastering advanced labor methods. In the process of practical training, students gain organizational and professional experience, there is an opportunity to independently plan their activities, establish useful contacts with senior colleagues and determine a professional role position, forms a sense of responsibility and belonging to an adult workforce.

PRE-GRADUATE PRACTICE
The main purpose of the "Pre-graduate" practice is to prepare for the process of completing a thesis, namely: clarification, selection of initial data, materials for the work according to the approved topic. In addition, the objectives of the practice include in-depth study and development of techniques and technologies for heat and gas supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and air pool protection.
The tasks of the "Pre-graduate" practice, according to the profile of the specialty, may have the following content:
- collection and analysis of materials for graduation design, according to the chosen topic;
-study of financial, economic, organizational and managerial issues in the design process;
-study of the basic rules for occupational safety and health during construction, installation, and maintenance work;
-study of technical, design, and regulatory documentation;
- analytical work on the design of the explanatory note to the diploma design;
-participation in the execution of design work, preparation of technical documentation.
According to the curriculum, the "Pre-graduate" practice is the final one in terms of goals, tasks relative to previous special ones in the general system of continuous and continuous learning process of higher education.
The practice of the program 7M07320 "Architecture"
The magistrates of the department "Architecture" pass 2 kinds of practice according to the approved training program: pedagogical and research.
Pedagogical practice is aimed at the acquisition by undergraduates of the experience of implementing a holistic educational process; implementation of a comprehensive analysis of pedagogical and methodological experience in a specific subject area; design of individual components of the educational process; Examination of the individual elements of the methodical training system; organizing and conducting a pedagogical experiment; approbation of various systems for diagnosing the quality of education; implementation of innovative educational technologies.

The organization of pedagogical practice is aimed at ensuring continuity and consistency in mastering master's skills and skills in accordance with the requirements for the level of master's preparation. The practice is conducted in accordance with the individual program, compiled by the master student in conjunction with the scientific supervisor.


The purpose of pedagogical practice:
- formation and development of professional skills of a teacher of higher education;
- mastering the basics of pedagogical skills, skills and skills of independent conducting teaching and educational and teaching work;

The purpose and content of the program of practice is directed to the performance of research works, projects corresponding to the current state of science and society. The magistrates independently choose topics of research practice, make programs and tasks for projects.
The purpose of research practice is to master the methodology for collecting, analyzing, systematizing and performing research work.
- During the course of research practice, all undergraduates master the basic principles and methodology of scientific research;
- acquire the necessary skills in the analysis and systematization of scientific research materials;
- study and master the basic methods of presenting the material of scientific research on modern innovative systems for the protection of research material.
Collection of materials for the master's thesis is held in the scientific departments: the ENU library named after. L.N. Gumilev; National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Central Technical Library. The material is collected in electronic resources of Internet sites. During the passage of research practice, undergraduates actively interact with branches of departments, employers, where they collected materials on architectural and planning, design estimates and other aspects of the study.
