History of the Faculty

The Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering was established by order of the Rector No. 33-n dated February 10, 2012, through the structural reorganization of two faculties: Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts.

At various times, the faculty was headed by T. M. Baitasov, T.A. Tolkynbayev, A.K. Baidabekov, S.K.Baymukhanov. Since January 20, 2023 the dean of the faculty appointed by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Sabitov Erlan Enzhilovich.

In 2014, a special modern building was built specifically for the Faculty.
